Shipping Policy.
Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy.
We ship via USPS priority mail. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days then it takes an additional 1-3 days for USPS priority mail to deliver. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays except when there is a high volume like during restocks. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We Ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.
You will receive a Shipment confirmation email once your label has been created. This does not mean it has shipped but it is being prepared for shipment. The shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes.
Purple Moss Paradise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages.
Purple Moss Paradise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you need any additional information from us to support the claim we will be happy to provide it. Just send an email to purplemossparadise@gmail.com with lost or damaged package as the subject. All packages are insured via USPS Priority Mail. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Yes, we Ship Internationally. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
