Jamaican dandelion also known as "Piss a bed" is not the same as the Dandelion used in the US, though they have similar medicinal uses. It earned it's nickname for being a long time remedy for bed wetting in children and the elderly.

CAUTIONS: DO NOT USE WHILE PREGNANT. May speed the clearance of some drugs in the liver (thereby reducing their effect). It is mildly hypotensive (lowers blood pressure).
PREPARATION: one small handful to 2 cups of water. After boiling the water add the herb and allow it to steep at least 20 minutes before drinking.
